Indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet and exercise for the reduction of elevated LDL cholesterol in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia.
Size:
Tablet: 625mg.
Dosage:
Initial dose: 3 tablets taken twice per day with meals or 6 tablets once per day with a meal. Can be increased to 7 tablets per day, depending upon the desired therapeutic effect.
Active Ingredients:
Colesevelam hydrochloride.
