Tablet: 5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 40mg.
Dosage: 
Recommend initial dose: 10mg once daily (for patients not receiving a diuretic). Usual maintenance dosage range: 20mg-40mg daily administered as a single dose or in two equally divided doses.
